As a courtesy to our HairSlayers, we require 24 hours notice when canceling appointments. Time is a precious commodity. If a client is 15 minutes or more late we will need to either adjust the scheduled service for allotted time or reschedule the service in full. This ensures we aren’t running behind for our next guest, as we stay very busy and strive to ensure each guest receives the full amount of time they’ve scheduled.

We also require a credit card to reserve your appointment for longer services and guests who have had trouble honoring scheduled appointments in the past. If 24 hours notice is not given, the reserved card will be charged 50% of the service. This includes no call/no shows.


We strive to communicate with and educate each individual client about certain situations in which your HairGoal may take more than one appointment to achieve. If that is the case, consultation at the start of your service. If you are not satisfied with your results, please let the stylist know prior to leaving the salon and we can discuss options for moving forward, including having you back to make adjustments. Our HairSlayers will be happy to make small tweaks and adjustments when notified within 48 hours from your original appointment time.



For your convenience we accept Visa, MasterCard, Venmo, Debit, or Cash. Gratuities can be added to a card upon checking out. We appreciated the love.


We welcome chidren of all ages for their own appointments, when accompanied by an adult. NO child without a scheduled appointment will be premitted in the styling area. Well behave children 12 and over are welcome to sit in the waiting area. Please arrange childcare when scheduling a service lasting more than 45 minutes.


A deposit of 50% will be required at the time of booking for parties of 3 or more babes. Should you need to reschedule or cancel the appointment, the deposit will not be frefundable as the salon’s schedule will have been blocked off for that day.


We kindly ask that you refrain from talking on speaker and/or streaming video without use of headphones to ensure each guest is able to relax and unwind.


We regret that we cannot be responsible for loss or damages to your personal belongings while in the salon. Please use the smock we provide for you at the start of each color service to protect your clothers. Any electronics brought into the salon are the responsibility of the clients, and the salon will not be held liable for damge to these items.
