As a courtesy to our HairSlayers, we require 24 hrs notice when canceling appointments. We accept text messages and voice messages when needing to reschedule. Time is a precious commodity for our hairslayers. If a client is 15 min late or later we will need to either adjust the appointment for the allotted time and or reschedule the service in full. This ensures we aren’t running late for our next guest as we stay very busy and strive to ensure each guest receives the full amount of time they’ve scheduled. We will collect your credit card number and keep the information on file and should any client cancel after the 24 hr grace period the credit card on file will be charged 50% of the service scheduled. This includes all no call no shows.

REDO POLICY:
Please know that in certain situations your desired look may take more than one session. In this event, your stylist will verbalize that during your appointment. If you are not satisfied with your results, our team will be happy to make small adjustments within 2 weeks of your appointment time. WE DO NOT OFFER REFUNDS FOR SERVICES completed.
